In this edition, host Lucy Mills talks with Jennifer Tepper, Executive Director of Soccer Without Borders about what it’s like to be a CEO in sport for development. Come with your questions and curiosity! **About Jennifer Tepper** Jennifer joined Soccer Without Borders as Executive Director in March 2023, bringing decades of experience as a nonprofit executive, business development and fundraiser, and governance expert. Some former roles include the Executive Director of the D.C. Language Access Coalition, Director of Development and Communications at Trees for the Future, and the Senior Director of Strategic Development and Partnerships at BoardSource. Jennifer is a mother of 8 children ranging from ages 25 to 2.5 years of age and loves to cook, raises backyard chickens and loves all animals, is a freelance writer and loves to play and watch sports, particularly soccer, ice hockey, basketball and football. Jennifer is passionate about creating equity, inclusion and access in sports for ALL. Jennifer captained the Austin College women’s soccer team while receiving BAs in International Studies and Spanish, received her MA in Peace and Development Studies at the University of Limerick in Ireland and her MBA from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
