#### **Coach Bio** Drin Ferataj is from Pristina, Kosovo, and holds a BA degree in Physical Education and Sport. Besides that, he is a certified International Sport for Development expert and works at SPIN Sport Innovation as a Project Manager and Sport for Development expert. Since 2017, he has been working in the Sport for Development sector, initially focusing on the Western Balkans countries (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Kosovo, and Serbia), and more recently including different EU countries. During these years, he has been part of various teams and programs in the sector, covering different topics, types of activities, and target groups. This includes designing, managing, and facilitating multiple programs, trainings, workshops, and camps with youngsters, and individuals who work with youth (such as teachers, coaches, social workers, youth workers, professors, etc.) on topics related to youth development, social cohesion, employability, social equality, etc.
