By considering the space, task, equipment, and people involved in coaching sessions, coaches can create environments where everyone feels welcome, valued, and empowered to participate and thrive. We will also share some real-time stories about inclusion and will leave enough time and space for questions.  #### **Coach Bio** Nadica Jovanovik is an experienced Sport for Development (S4D) trainer with over six years of dedicated practice in the field. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated expertise across a spectrum of S4D methodologies, with a particular focus on fostering Social Inclusion. Her extensive portfolio includes numerous successful training sessions conducted in the Western Balkans, where she has collaborated with coaches, educators, and youth to facilitate the organization of inclusive sports and physical activities. Nadica's commitment to advancing social inclusion through sport underscores her invaluable contributions to the field of Sport for Development.
