After completing this training, participants will be able to define psychosocial support and psychological first aid, and understand their roles in promoting recovery and resilience among children and youth. They will be able to explain the relationship between mental wellbeing, physical activity, and resilience, as well as identify protective and risk factors affecting wellbeing in vulnerable communities. Participants will gain the skills to facilitate safe and inclusive activities that encourage emotional expression and social connection, use games and sports as tools for building life skills, trust, and self-confidence, and implement simple PSS techniques such as grounding, breathing, relaxation exercises, and team reflection. They will also be able to apply the principles and steps of psychological first aid, Look, Listen, and Link to provide immediate, compassionate, and practical support in times of distress. Additionally, they will learn to respond appropriately to signs of emotional or psychological distress and follow established referral pathways. Throughout the training, participants will demonstrate empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity, commit to fostering dignity, respect, and inclusion, and value their own wellbeing by adopting self-care strategies as part of their professional and personal practice. **Objectives:** By the end of the training, participants will be able to: 1. Apply practical PSS and PFA strategies to create safe, inclusive, and supportive environments during sports and recreational activities. 4. Integrate wellbeing approaches into everyday coaching, teaching, and community engagement. 5. Enhance self-care practices to maintain personal resilience and prevent burnout. 6.
